Hi, I'm Dimitris.

I help business owners build AI that actually works for their business, and own it. No black box, no dependency. Here's how I think, and why my clients keep coming back.

I built my own
business first.

I didn't come to this from computer science, I came from business. I got started by automating my own company. Low-code tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make and n8n let me build exactly what I needed to grow, from day one, without waiting on anyone.

Three rules came out of that, and they're still the heart of 3nuggets: I own it, I built it, so I understood every piece and depended on no outside company; I build it fast, a whole business setup in an afternoon; and I build what moves the needle, what I actually needed to grow by Friday, never nice-to-haves.

Because my background is business, not academic tech, I don't get precious about the stack or the "best" tool on the market. I speak the language of the outcome, and I care about what actually matters.

Why I build
digital brains.

For seven years I built automations for companies around the world, in real estate, music and the creative industries, construction, and product-led businesses, saving thousands of hours of manual work. Then AI changed the job.

AI can now handle a lot of what we do every day, like a coworker. The hard part isn't the model, it's making it reliable: training it so it doesn't hallucinate, doesn't forget, doesn't lose the plot, and actually earns its place on the team. That's why I build knowledge bases, a digital brain fed by your real operations: your emails, your client conversations, the way you talk to your audience. With that context, AI stops guessing and starts spotting real opportunities for you.

Two things I won't skip: every build has to earn its place, we name the business impact before I touch the keyboard, and you have to be able to run it without me. I explain everything in plain language, because that's what makes you independent.

I work with people who want to grow, not just keep the lights on. I teach you to build your own systems, and since nobody understands your business better than you, you'll build them faster than any outside partner could. Every time you're ready for the next step, the growth stays in your hands.

And when I decide what to build, I'm not chasing the fanciest or most "optimal" tool. I look for the solution with the lowest risk and the highest advantage, one that can save you time on day one and make you money on day one. That's how I choose the tools, and how I plan the work.
