Do I need to know how to code?
No. You should be comfortable poking around tools like Make, n8n or Claude, but we build together and I explain every step. You leave more capable than you came, not dependent on me.
Do you build it for me, or with me?

What do I need to bring?
Your real bottleneck, and access to the data and tools it touches, notes, calls, a CRM, documents. We start from the outcome that matters most and work back.
How long does a Sprint take?
Typically one to two weeks, depending on your availability. When you're slammed, we've run a sprint as focused full-time days, even a single weekend, so you walk in Monday morning with a working digital brain that takes in new knowledge and uses it across your AI automations, agents and operations.
